I cant find anything about Servicio de Tren/Parque (transport service units) .. where they have to stand .. or have i to move them and load or something like that

If your talking about the Supply ground units, then yes you can move them as long as they are not static. If RES units, they are created to provide replacements to LCU's and air units....GP
