There is a UI bug on the LCU screen. The "Nation: Your Side" button is there twice.
My settings are: default settings, except for 2x popup size at "1", Resolution: 1920x1080, and in windowed mode.

Never noticed this. Good you did. Fixed for the 2nd update of the game.
