Wrong flag scenario 7

For whatever reason and despite several reinstalls, I get the nationalist flag as my base flag despite the fact I'm playing republican.

Artwork issue in the file for 2560 UI.
Will be fixed in patch 1 or 2.
The only responsible person. (Unless I can frame someone else)
