How do I save the game?

I don't see any button to either save a game, or even exit it? I've had to CTRL-ALT-DEL and close it in the task manager.

Go to the lower lefthand button (on the screen) and click it.

You should also enable Autosave.

On the main screen, when you open the game, click on “Options” and then check the lower lefthand box “Autosave”.

Yes, that did it-thanks.

However: when I hover my mouse over that button, the ‘help’ window that appears says “open sound options”. The button does a lot more than that (save, exit, autosave game, autoscroll map, supply dialog, phase dialog, proceed to next turn dialog, as well as sound options).

You might want to change the ‘help’ text when hovering over that button (particularly when the button right above it, which says ‘display options’ really is a display button-and the button itself is a picture of a monitor).

Good idea / Will ask Brian Kelly to add it to his “Things to Do List.”

For what it’s worth, right now Task #1 (for Brian) is get a Steam version of Overlord up and running.
