Where to find the Wolves campaign from Red Storm?

Recently purchased Cold War and I was hoping to play Wolves, one of my favorite campaigns as the West Germans. I don't remember if I downloaded it or if it came with the base game. Does anyone know? Thanks

It looks like Wolves Campaign is being reworked for a future CW DLC.
OTS is looking forward to Southern Storm getting released!
