What is the Most Efficient Way To Complete A Turn?

I looked throughout the forum and the manual and could not find anything that suggests how best to complete a turn. For example, Step 1 Create task forces, step 2 Organize LCU Step 3 etc. I am sure there are many different ways to complete a turn, but I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions?

You have to find your system...

I usually play from the top down...

So I start in Murmansk or Kiel.

I go through the LCUs first, they are the most important.

Then the navy and finally the air force.

I keep the air force further from the line and let it strengthen. That is, with the exception of protecting the route from Italy during the transport of the Italian LCUs.
