CVs off for Soviet Cross River-Attacks

CVs never seem to add up for the Soviets in cross river attacks.

Do you have a save? I tried several attacks and didn't see the issue.

I can set something up at the weekend.

Afaik it is somewhat normal to have some rounding (sometimes rather generous), then suddenly you have a battle where all adds up perfectly again. This is known, but now with the rivers testing where I need accurate figures I found it being off on a more common basis for the Soviets than usual somehow.

As sai it's not based on river (I just encountered it being more frequent than usually (subjective) when testing rivers).
Saves, contain pre and post save. I just disabled Air and removed the SUs from the Soviet HQ.

The river minor and is frozen 10, so no pre battle DISruption for Infantry.

The CV do not add up (the deciation in this test is rather small, I have seen 30 get to 90 initial CV or 3 to 10 and so on).
Not sure what mechanic could be causing this, since it's just an occasional thing.

Only testing Germans in cross river with hasties now, the SCOUTs seem to always contain this issue.

We're looking into this. Pavel says the code says EZOC move cost has to be 0 for there to be no disruption, and that is only true for non-motorized over frozen minor rivers. We'll be discussing a possible change for a future update.
