Game crashes when selecting Steam Workshop

Post by Blast33 »

Playing v1.09 Beta - Build 1776

When I select Edit Scenario or Start New Game and select load scenario/Steam Workshop the game will crash and return to Steam.
Saved Games and the Main Scenario folder work as advertised. And are still accessible.

The folder location has not changed and is still accessible via Windows at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1076160

1776. Just loaded two scenarios form the workshop They loaded and ran no issue. CMO did take a couple minutes to load the list of scenarios. My Steam directory is on a non-C drive, but in the default common directory in that drive.

Can you check the exception log in the logs folder?

Remove all files from the log folder and try to repro the crash, then check if Exception Log file is created. If not, check the Windows event viewer.

Type event viewer on windows search and you'll see event viewer, navigate to application, and you should see an error or two related to the crash to desktop and command. Paste the content to a file and upload it here.

Thank you
