New Purchases do not work!

Today I bought Campaign Series WWII and Middle East. Unfortunately neither worked. Both appear to have the same problem not showing the map or units. Possibly a graphics problem as everything else would seem to be ok. I have double checked that I do have Windows 11. Please advise. Thanks.
