Subs not loading torps and fuel

Noticing this on the first 2 Nationalist/Italian subs so far.

Won't reload torpedoes after expending initial load. OK reloading fuel at Nationalist ports. Plenty of available torpedoes.

Goofed and sent the General Mola to Masawa. It won't load fuel or torps there.

Are they at a civilian port or a naval port? Is the port large enough to handle these sups?

Thanks. Maybe that is my problem.

Algeciras is a level 4 port with a size 4 shipyard. Can expend 30K supplies to "Militarize" the port. Not going to do that. Will run the sub up to Cadiz which is 6 and military.

Masawa is a level 5 port. No option to militarize, but that may be expected. Would think it would allow refueling though.


Will update the thread after seeing what happens at Cadiz.

It should refuel the submarines. If not, then that should be a reportable issue.

If you have saves for when it will not refuel the submarines, pass them along to a developer or Matrix for them to check. Also include every step that you take in order to try and refuel the submarines when it doesn't work.

Not really worried about Masawa as I was a dork to send the sub there in the first place.
