[FIXED] Scenario feature not saved

The new variable burnout speed on boast-coast weapon is not saved after creating a scenario.

The submitted test scenario was created with the opion ticked, but it doesn't save.
To test you can open the test scenario in editor mode and enable the option: variable burnout speed on boast-coast weapon, and immediately fire a AIM 54 it will reach a top speed of 2962 kts.
If you save the scenario and start it again, the option will be deselected and the missile will only reach a top speed of 2950 kts

There are other options like: Detailed gun fire-control that shows up with a red X at the start, but if you look in the editor it is ticked.
