Rail: Engineer rails east.
Movement: Nothing exciting in Manchuria and China. Tsitsihar surrounded.
Rebase: USSR fighter and IL-4 relocate in Manchuria. CW Air transport to Port Sudan. CW naval air unloads from transport into Gibraltar
Reorg: TB3 reorgs engineer.
Over to Axis.
Impulse #1 (Allies) Cont'
