[1776] Planes take-off but stay at min altitute

I am not sure about the pattern but I think it must be loadout related. Check the SEAD 1 mission that is about to take off from Puerto Princesa. The F/A 18 take off in pairs and immediately descend to 200ft and they refuse to go up even if unassigned. Only ordering RTB -> Unassign and --> Reassign to mission seems to resolve the problem.

Unable to repro in our latest build, can you try regenerating the mission and see if that helps?
