Back for Allied RTB. Will Allies post instructions, or should Axis do so?

Re: The Wildfire Spreads (5-player game)
It's probably better for Axis to continue to send instructions for EOT. Helps Allies set convoys the way they want as even by sending the game back for Axis SAS everything is undone.

Should Axis post RTB instructions as well?
Edit: I post the Axis RTB orders just to be safe.

Reset the German oil trade with Italy now receiving 1. There was no need to use Canton saved oil as the production was set to 15BP for Japan because of the default setting the Axis had already made to send DEI to Production.

Re: The Wildfire Spreads (5-player game)
There seems to have been an error with the Italian production. One LND3 is missing, and instead an INF was built.
Any suggestion on how to proceed?

Corrected Italian builds however I can't recreate the exact draw of units from the pools.

Impulse #1 (Allies)
Land: USSR, China
Combined: US
Naval: French, CW
Pass:
No port attacks or Naval air.
Naval Movement: Too many to log, mostly CP escorts and transport moves around Africa.
Strategic bombing: None.
Ground strikes: None
Rail Movement: Timoshenko recalled West due to Axis build up in Poland.
Land Movement: USSR takes over Blatic states, US not happy 1 chit lost. All other moves obvious.
Attacks: Manchuria atack on garrision was an auto attack. Declined Axis GS as even with maximum air of +2 including fighters would reduce to +13.333 with +6.5 in USSR winter units making Blitz attack automatic. Screenshot shown.
Air Rebase: CW Blenheim rebases to Djibouti.
No reorganisation.
Over to Axis.
Possible GS options: If Axis GS used: Actual results, no GS used:
