Expand Ports?

Are there any plans to add a way for expanding ports? Or am I just not finding it so far?

Facility exists in game: They are called base capacity in game. Go to the map. L click on the flag and select build naval bases tab. Pay and wait!

Alternatively, use the Base Facilities tab, right click on the naval base and select the Expand option.

I prefer this method as it summarises the bases and allows you to focus on expanding the smallest (and cheapest) first.
