[WAD] B1817 ASCM terrain following restriction not working

This setting is ticked in the scenario linked below.

To reproduce, load it and try to engage manually one of the red radars with the Oklahoma sub Tomahawks, in 1776 is red while in 1817 is green (ignoring the not hostile part).

I would test that feature on another missile. The MST is multi-mission I thought. I assumed that means it as terrain following and antiship capability. Try an older harpoon.

You are right, with the Harpoon the setting works.

The Tomahawk Blk V is a much more modern missile; this generation has no problem navigating overland.
