Carrier merchant raiders

My British CVs sunk some Axis merchants in the South Atlantic - odd. (Not that I am complaining)

Vichy France and Vichy North Africa was attacked by Axis and thus joined the Allies - I think it has something to do with the above.

This is a multiplayer game #510533

What trade route was that and what happened? See pictures attached.

I have to make guess without knowing more...

I suspect Iraq may be owned by the Axis...that could mean oil is flowing via convoy routes...

Likely. You can shut down convoys to prevent attacks.

I don't think that Iraq is owned by Axis but it did stop trading with the Allies after a coup or some other event. Does that mean that it started to deliver oil to the Axis?
