CV Predictor accuracy at 100%

CV Predictor accuracy at 100%

Been watchin a recent/current lets play of WitW. In this I see somehow that the CV predictor Tooltip is (seemingly) always 100% accurate for defender's CV (Axis)?!
It is accurate
  • in pockets
  • non-pockets
  • different terrains
  • detection levels 4-10
  • for units in contact
  • for units that just retreated
  • for units he just advanced towards
All this while the FoW is hiding the enemy Counters. How would you get 100% accurate numbers if FoW is ON? Is there more options for FoW in WitW than in WitE2 or do they work different?
Game version seems to be 1.02.59 according to the combat windwow's top right.
