Campaign Games - upgrade bug fixed?

Hi,

It’s been many years since I’ve played these games (EF and WF) and I was considering buying them again. I stopped playing these games campaign games where you start as a coy or bn commander and worked your way up to Div due to a bug which corrupted your upgrades and replacements. Upgraded units and new equipment would come in with only one factor in a platoon and there would be no replacements. Can anyone verify for me that the long campaign games run correctly now? What do you mean by long campaign, are you talking about linked campaign or dynamic campaign? Dynamic campaign has a bug right now, when you command a German Panzer formation. I posted about this bug in the support from and Jason Petho is looking into it. I'm not sure if this a every nationality issue or German Panzer specific...

Btw, the Campaign Series is now at version 2.05

Hi and thanks for the replies. I will hold of buying at this stage because I would really want to play the dynamic campaign (? Long time ago but I think that is the one where you started as a bn cold and worked up to become a Div come). Will continue to monitor the site.

I love to play dynamic campaigns as well, because you never know what is coming your way. I really like the challenge of it. I have been primarily playing dynamic campaigns ever since the original East Front came out from Talonsoft in 1997. I strongly believe that Jason Petho will take care of the dynamic CG bug. For the future, I believe the dynamic campaigns logic could deserve a bit more love
