Problems unistalling to run the new beta

Hello.

I'm trying to install version CMO_v1.09RC I downloaded the CMO-MultiSetup-v1.08.1674 tried installing.

I was getting message that I have incompatible version and then I clicked uninstall it was copying files from the Command installation folder into temp on C.

Once it completed that it was saying the same thing, (I repeated the process twice) and uninstalled through remove programs yet all the files were still in the Command installation directory, so I deleted the entire folder.

I'm still getting the same incompatible version issue but now when I click on uninstall nothing happens (no files are being copied)

Any help is appreciated.
