Thanks Mike! I'm nearly ready to make the upload available to anyone interested in the new Nato artwork, just doing some checking all is well before release. Here is a screenshot of part of the Western Front 1918 Ludendorff offensive.

Ah Ludendorff...one of my favorite scenario's in the SC ecosystem. They look great. Btw on Oct 16 I'll be using your counter set for WaW in a MP match for YT. You get mentioned of course. Also, I have had commenters who have reached out on how to get your ASW counters...and I provided the Matrix link to them so they can download them. You instructions on how to download them are easy..though I offered to help if there are any snags. You know 'driver error' and such or other weirdness haha. So far they must be getting the mod to work as I have heard no help me please.
Cheers
Mike
Did you manage to get to this point?prince_blucher wrote: Tue Feb 24, 2026 3:58 pm Hey,
I couldn't work out how to install this mod, even though I extracted the files to the \documents\my games\strategic command\WW1\mods folder. I didn't see how to select the mod.
Is there any further help or guidance available please?
Thanks
When you had it like this, and started a game, did you go to Options to ensure that 3-D icons was turned off so that NATO counters would display?prince_blucher wrote: Thu Feb 26, 2026 9:58 am Thanks for taking the time to reply.
When I extract "Kirk23 World War 1 Nato Counters.zip" into the \mods folder I get this:
edit: I'm guessing from your config that I should make a folder called 'Kirk23 World War 1 Nato Counters' within \mods and select that. I'll try it now. Thanks.
Ah, no I did not turn off the 3-D icons! After duly doing so this mod does now work for me. Thank you so much for guiding me through this. Much appreciated.BillRunacre wrote: Fri Feb 27, 2026 9:54 amWhen you had it like this, and started a game, did you go to Options to ensure that 3-D icons was turned off so that NATO counters would display?prince_blucher wrote: Thu Feb 26, 2026 9:58 am Thanks for taking the time to reply.
