try to play UV without button lag on win 10 but unable

when playing uv, major 6 to 10 second lag after clicking on buttons. This trouble mentioned in differnet messages, I have tried all the solutions with no luck. I had luck with Eagle day and Witp with DXWND. Still tweaking it for UV but havent found the right answer. Anyone who has had luck with this fix please let me in on the secret. Thanks for any help to get this masterpiece running smooth again ; I also posted this on the UV forum down below

I use DXWND and there is no lag. These are my settings. I have a 1920 by 1080 screen.
