I can't uninstall Command to run the latest beta.

Hello.

I'm trying to install version CMO_v1.09RC I download the CMO-MultiSetup-v1.08.1674 installed and tried installing.

I was getting message that I have incompatible version and then I clicked to uninstall it was copying files from the Command installation into temp on C.

Once it completed that it was saying the same thing, so I installed it but the files were still in the directory, so I deleted the entire folder.

I'm still getting the same issue but now when I click on uninstall nothing happens (no files are being copied)

Any help is appreciated.

Installation: Unzip to any folder (using 7zip) and run it straight from there. (This is a full-fileset pack, so you don't need to overlay it on top of you existing install; in fact it's better if you don't, to avoid duplicate files etc.)
NOTE: You first need to have installed CMO on your system through the Matrix standalone installer. If you have installed CMO only through Steam, wait for it to become available on the Steam public-beta branch.

You do not have to touch the original installation folder of the game. If you uninstall the game the registry data are gone and the RC will not work anyway.

It's flowing through the Steam beta now so you no longer have to download it from Kim Dotcom and manually load it.

I'm updating my Steam installation as we speak, call me masochist but I have two installs of Command - Steam and Matrix where I purchased all the DLC's through (have them all )

Now if I wait for the official release will I encounter the same problem with Matrix installation?

The the thread linked pertains to the problems with opening of the archive through winrar or 7zip, I don't have that problem I have the incompatible version during the installation error.

I have a Matrix and Steam install as well. I reserve the Natrix install for official releases only. I run betas through Steam. I find it useful for comparison testing.
