Hotseat game but with units under AI control

I was wondering if it's possible to put some units under AI control in an Hotseat scenarios. The "FIXED" conditions apply, but maybe setting up orders for units would be superseded by player's orders.

It depends on the scenario, but some units have a free setup within their zones if that's what you mean?

No, I mean having some units in hotseat scenario that the player can't give orders to, instead having them only get orders through the ingame AI scripting.

Oh, well, there's the AI controls that'll assign your Artillery, or Air/Ground Assets etc, but nothing more than that I'm afraid.
