So I bought it during sale on Matrix Website.

Learning the game will be difficult.

But, For God Sake - scroll lag is killing my Wish to Even Play this game.

Please if there is a simple solution.

Win 11, i5, 16 GB....

I really want to sink some carriers ;)

Looks like you have not set switches in your game shortcut.
Did you read that section on slow performance in the tech section? It's an old game engine and it needs the switches to be able to talk to modern computers and Windows versions.

If you did set switches, show us your entire line in the shortcut properties.

I will... Just cannot play game right now.... But, as soon as I can I will....

I will have further questions once I setup the game.

It all looks like "Chinese Villages with Spanish People", no clue at all. And I like very complicated games like TOAW and WiTE 2 .

I like this period of history so I will put an effort to learn the game. Maybe on weekend I will have more time to get into this game, this game needs dedication.

Too much work these days :(

This game is far more involved than any other war game I have seen because it includes logistics. You can't get much done if you don't have supply and fuel to get your military moving. But although the scale is daunting you will be drawn in by the constant small rewards like getting a ship of supply into a base that is nearly out, or cutting off the supply to an enemy unit.
When you do get the game running well, start with the small scenarios so you can learn what all those buttons and hypertext options do. Also read some AARs to get an idea how to think ahead six months, six weeks, six days. That will guide your plans for each ship and unit.
