Has someone won 1937 scenario as Japan? I captured Wuchang and Taiyuan, but didin't have notification "Chinese National Morale falls due to the loss of the city-name", only about government relocation. Is there any chance that it is bugged? I play on normal difficulty, chinsese casualities are preеty big, I caputerd 3 victory objectives but China still has 70% morale. What am I doing wrong?

There is indeed a bug which will be fixed in the next update.

I captured all victory hexes but it says it's stalemate. Also if you decide not to fully occupy French Indochina, you will end with negative MPP imcome and will have 0 MPP
