Launcher completely broken ?

Hello guys, I've recently bought the game and it worked fine only one time wtf ?

Here is a video showing me trying to launch it again. It seems the launcher is completly frozen until I right click it from the task bar ?? Then I have a few seconds to click only on the buttons, can't even click the gear (settings) one idk why.
The only hour I played was super promising and I hope you can help me fix that bug, it seems super strange.
Yes i've already restard my pc, reinstalled the game and verified the file integrity.

Plus when I succeed to click on the play button nothing happens and the launcher simply dissapear, I really hope you guys can help me !

In steam you cannot run directly Command.exe and not the launcher?

Ok so when I launch command.exe from steam/steamapps/common/etc it works without showing the launcher, I guess you have solved my problem. But the steam way is more efficient to me and is still broken. If you have any ideas on how to fix it i'm still up. Thanks a lot for the shortcut .exe tricks !

Well, launchers do not work well.

So it is better to avoid them
