Missile fuel issue 1776

Several missiles, mostly manpads from what i've seen have highly unrealistic missile fuel burn values. For example Sa-7 manpads have ~40 second burn time and stay at 980kt for the duration and regularly go over 2-3x their supposed 5000ft ceiling

Fly the J7 over the city at 5000ft of below then climb and the missile will follow. happens with almost all manpads and even some IR air to air missiles
