8.0.0 Return to Base BUG

Australian Territorial transported on the Dutch Transport cannot return to base to any Australian port in range.

Happened to me in South Africa and maybe Australia, with the NED TRS.

It seems it has to do with the nationality of the transport, although it shouldnt, because AU is part of the CW MP and the NE TRS is a minor dependant of the CW.
