Unit TOE

War in Spain 1936-39 is the first in a new wargame series, using a new Land-Sea-Air engine inspired by War in the Pacific - Admiral’s Edition. Gameplay and realism are improved by TRUE AI and a detailed Logistics systems. A hyper detailed OOB reaches down to battalion and company level. A beautiful, hand drawn, 5 nautical mile per hex map massively increases player immersion.

Does someone know why are these elements in red ?
What I'm supposed to do ?

Artillery units in a difficult terrain( rought terrain, mountain.. stuff like that), dont remember if they will not fight at all or if they will have malus to combat.

The size of these guns (load cost) can hinder their use in difficult terrain
Mountain 25
Manual says about 3 more terrain types but its not for WiS (Tropical Mountain, Rough Jungle, Jungle). So need to care only about mountain hexes.
