Nationalist side.
If you go to "Show bases" screen, with the filter "your side" it shows Portuguese bases too.
Also, you can see and use the base settings (like Expand AF) of Portuguese and Swiss bases. Plus Gibraltar, Andorra and Monaco.
It doesn't look ok or I missed something.

Those would be considered "friendly" bases . . .

All friendly/unfriendly statuses should to be mentioned in the Politics screen. Also you can't move Nat units to Portuguese bases. I guess, that to other bases too.

Republicans can see in the list "Bases of your side" the French bases.

They shouldn't appear in that color. It will have to be fixed.
