Virtus Extremely Low

Received a message under reports, urgent issues, that "Your virtus is extremely low (0)".....can't find this anywhere in the manual. I know this is part of the Repulic DLC but that hasn't come out yet. Where can I find this stat in the game and how to raise it?

On what version are you? Are you on an older open beta version? Because with 1.30 this should not be possible.
If you are on 1.30 can you send me your savefile to vic@vrdesigns.net

I'm on version 1.30. I will send you the file. My save is about 2 months old, so maybe the save began with an earlier version?

This also happened to me with version 1.30, but in a multiplayer game where one of the players played a turn with the Repuplica DLC, then switched back to the vanilla version.

Now, the lack of Virtus is displayed every turn.
