Anyway, on another issue...I couldn't place the Minsk Militia without editing one of the german units out of Minsk. Not sure if this is a bug or not but either way I edited a german unit out in order to place the militia and then put the german unit back in Minsk with the militia placed adjacent. My head hurts

That is a bug. I forget about that one all the time.

Very kind of you to fix it. Thank you.

Maybe letting it arrive as a reinforcement next turn would have been acceptable solution to reduce potential headaches?

I will drop the oil trade from US to France as it doesn't arrive. Might be better if I redo lending before starting the turn so it doesn't cause other glitches. Will increase oil to CW by 1. It's a bug I have seen before with the Free French. Hard enoguh to get the Convoy system working at the best of times without having this to manage.

Land Movement: More holes then units to fill on the Russian front. Reorg defense in Manchuria. Commie Chinese advance. Nat Chinese move towards Jap Marine sightseeing in the mountains. CW advance in Eygpt and surround Addis Ababa for assault.

Ground Support: Declined Axis ground support for USSR [38,53] attack, odds still +19B with max support.

Land attacks:
1/ USSR [38,53] +21B.
2/ Addis Ababa +15.667 played it as obvious assault.
