Unable to download and reinstall game after accidental deletion.

I accidentally deleted my copy of Rule the Waves III, so I downloaded SetupRelease-v1.0084 and unzipped it. However the game refuses to install, insisting that I have a previous version installed and need to uninstall it. But the uninstall button provided doesn't do anything when pressed, and there is currently no copy of the game on my computer. Any advice on what I'm doing wrong? Thank you.

How did you uninstall your copy of RTW3? Did you run the uninstaller or did you manually delete files?

I accidentally manually deleted the files.
