2. 3-3 TRS w/Clark HQ-I. Reykjavk -> North Sea; debark Harwick; reorg LND, FTR.
3. USAAF & RAF bomb Essen (opp), Cologne (opp), Lille (opp) & Taranto (unopp).
4. West Med – Joint RN/USN amph, strike & reinforcement TF (w/HQ).
5. Sink Italian supply CP (last It CP on board).
6. Invade & take Sardiana RP (NW1-Caglari) w/UK Royal Mar, inf div & US inf div (+23A base, +11.5A worse) -> 100% to 98%.
7. Alexander HQ-I & UK V inf at sea to reinforce bridgehead (later impulse).
8. Take Benghazi, defended by isolated & flipped LBA Terr (+21A, automatic)
9. Push land units into Tunisia.

2. Rebase MiG-3 FTR-2 to Vladivostok & Su-2M LND-2, Pe-2 LND-3 to Khabarovsk.
3. Move land troops to, or towards, rail station for eventual transfer to Eastern Front.
4. Exception: 3 MAN Terr; keep in Manchuria (0% partisan) & on frontier with Japan.
