No Windowed Mode?

Strategic Command Classic doesn't seem to have a proper windowed mode. (I don't know if the hex-grid Strategic Command remakes fix this.)

If you can use a high-enough screen resolution, and if you set a low enough game resolution, then it only covers part of the screen, and it allows you to check other applications while playing the game. But you can't move and/or resize the window against an edge or corner of the screen, or everything but the taskbar.

If you can't use a high-enough screen resolution, then it covers the whole screen, and doesn't allow you to check other applications.
