Can the FPSS Colored Counters Mod be also used for Cold War?

Is yes, how to install it?
Is it in C:\....\Cold War\Modules\Common\Data\Common\Custom\FCSS COLORED COUNTERS Mod ?

As I understand it, the Mod offers colored silhouette graphics.

For Cold War, the silhouettes (.png files) would have to go to a different location, as the game stores the silhouette graphics in the module (FCCW), not in Common:
Flashpoint Campaigns Cold War\Modules\FCCW\Sils\Custom
