B 1.09.1825.11 scenario editor steam scenario update not working

Hey,
I cant get Steam Workshop update to work, Ive managed this before but either Ive forgotten some trick or this is broken in the current beta build. This is pretty big blocker to anyone who makes scenarios for Steam.

I´ve opened the scen file in Scenario Editor Ive previously uploaded to Steam Workshop, made a minor change and then went on try to to update the scenario for Workshop.

I go on to press "Update Existing Workshop Item" and then I get this screen.

When I press "Update" nothing happens, screen remains as is and no change in the workshop item in Steam.

So what am I doing wrong or is this just broken?

Ill attach the log from but to me it seems it has nothing interesting.

I can confirm I am experiencing the exact same issue on my end with Beta 1.09 Build 1825.11
