unable to edit objectives

Checked manual, It shows a way to edit objectives when designing scenario. (number of ships etc to score points around obj). I have been working on scenario design, I can set an objective on map, but cant find a way to edit those requirements

In the manual on page 35, you can find guidance on how to edit objectives.

Once you add an objective to the map, you should be able to view and edit it in the 'Objectives' tab on the left. Right-clicking the relevant objective will open a contextual menu. One of the options is to 'Edit', which will open a window that will allow you to edit the objective requirements.
