B1825.15 Sea Dragon Helo cannot destroy mine

Load the save and run.

Locate Sea Dragon named Squid 6 with a demining cable cutter, demining mission.

It comes and goes by one side and the other of the mine, so must know where the mine is, but never near enough to destroy it.
