Asked my Mom, to verify my own time zone existence at an early age.
She refused, so did my primary school teachers.

Wasn't cleared up until I physical went to the Royal Observatory.
Greenwich, England.
Controversial to this day, since some may deem this racist to use British time.

Respectfully, does this explain why the custom date formatter does not report daylight savings observations?
