Weird Screen with 2.05 updated.

Downloaded JTCS-SetupRelease-V1DR. ran it and the main screen opened w/solid brown background and headers at top and bottom. Bout showed Eastern Front 2.02. Downloaded X86 2008 ran the program and no change. set the compatibility to XP and Win 7 , ran with admin >no change. Downloaded JTCS-UpdateComp_v2.05. Ran it and got this weird screen. The about reads Eastern front 2.05. I unchecked the NVIDIA overlay and did not change a thing. Did the compatibility setting through all listing and still no changes.
