[Q] Strike tutorial dodging the bullets

I set up a simple mission for the 4 Badgers but they wont take off. What am I doing wrong?

Check the Weapons Release Authorization (WRA). The WRA for the YJ-63 [KD-63) is currently set to not use against a runway access point. That's why the aircraft will not launch. The aircraft will launch when you authorize that weapon to be used against a runway access point. Go to the WRA screen in the mission. Find runway access point under the YJ-63 [KD-63) and update how many weapons to use and how many aircraft to fulfill that requirement. Click the appropriate buttons at the bottom of the WRA screen to update he doctrine for the mission and to update the doctrine for the effected units.

Experiment a little bit with the how the aircraft are assigned to the mission and the different WRA settings to get a better feel for how it all works.
