Who is up for a new ELO game vs. Feinder? [closed]

These seem to be the usual house rules (or probably in the works, might as well adopt them):

1. No diplo on Majors
2. No Barbarossa before 1941
3. No diplo on Bulgaria
4. No Allied DoW on Japan before PH
5. No diplo on DEI (Dutch East Indies)
6. No Italian navy outside Med before DoW
7. No using garrison transports as scouts
8. No using neutral ships / transports as scouts/blockers
9. No XP farming
10. No German navy blocking of the Russian navy spawn points
11. Amphibious research cap of 4

I'm not the April leader board, because I have just completed my first ELO game as Axis win against my very worthy opponent (but he cannot continue due to real-life obligations), so no reciprocal game.

I'm fine to play either side. I can't really do two games concurrently (I know some folks try to do an Axis and Allied game concurrent); in 1942/43 a turn takes me 90 minutes or more, and 3 hours per night (2 games), my wife would kill me.

For this/first game, I would lean into playing Allies, only because I played the last game as Axis. But I'm not hung up about it. First come, first served...

Or if all else fails, @Taifun, I doubt that one game makes me a "veteran" Axis opponent. But if you don't get a taker for Axis, I can play against you. I saw you're doing an AAR, I don't mind a public flogging.
