That looks right. What isn't working about it? Are you still seeing the vanilla graphics?

Inside the GraphicsAlt/ folder you should see the following sub-folders:

Thanks. Yes I'm still seeing the vanilla graphics. It looks as though I'm missing a couple of files inside my GraphicsAlt/ folder compared to yours. I don't know why that is but I'm guessing it's why it isn't working.

It's curious how it got like that (missing a few folders). Did you download the mod from the opening post of this thread?

In any event, the ShadowBIG/ folder should give you the modded terrain for the most zoomed in view, the shadow/ for the middle zoom and the ShadowSMALL/ for the most zoomed out view.

Each of those folders should have a pile of sub folders.

Are you running more than one graphics mod - it's unusual, but they can conflict.

Perhaps just re-download and copy the GraphicsAlt/ in again to make sure you get everything.

I'm not running any other graphic mods. I just tried it again & it worked. I did notice that the GraphicsAlt folder had an upper-case G, while the one before was lower-cased. so something was different. I did download it from the opening post of this thread (both times).

but it's working now and it looks amazingly good. Huge improvement. helps me get more immersed in the game.
