[1.31 h] Double profile adjustments in events

There are events where the same profile is shown to increase/decrease.
This example is from the Major Blackmail event, where Heart is shown to increase +4, and in the same sentence decrease -6.
There may be more.

When you use that option, in this case Heart went down +4-6 = -2.

Its becasue one profile is standard for the decision and the other one depends on the target regime... so doubles can occur.

Thanks Vic. Would it be possible to merge the values if they overlap, so only one net value is shown?
