SHQ / OHQ leader bug

Hi,

On version v1.31o. I am about 50 turns in, just updated and now when the turn rolls I have 5 decision for Appoint new leader for my SHQ and 4 OHQ's. The leader cards are still visible in cabinet / OHQ unit and I cannot select the appointed leaders from the list.

I have rolled 3 turns so far and the decisions pop up every time even if I postpone the decision.

I got the same bug on turn 65 and every turn thereafter, soon after my regime went from meritocracy to oligarchy. Hopefully this can be resolved soon...

Can confirm. When starting a new game I am prompted to appoint an SHQ commander even though I already have one. v1.31o

Patch 1.31o2 didn't fix this bug completely for me.

Now, instead of getting an appoint-message for all SHQ/OHQ-positions, i still get a message for 1 or 2 of them.

Edit: After going back one turn further in my autosaves, everything seems fine now.

I also ran across this bug, and reloading the 'corrupted' save I made at the beginning of the turn even with the o2 beta version did not clear those phantom appointments from my decision list.
I ended up re-rolling the turn from the prior turn's autosave, and only then did I not have the issue.

sorry guys. version P still fixes a last little thingy especially concerning appoint Commanders directly to a different job.. But should be stable again.
