Hi

BR war with Portugal lapsed although BR Light Infantry corps was still in Portugal territory

I wonder if bug could be triggered by GB and PR becoming allies ?

Yes, with GB and Prussia allied, the war ends. This is a complicated issue in the code, regarding MP control of a minor. Ideally, we should be able to separate MPs having "temporary" control of a minor from a DOW versus "permanent" control of a Conquered or Free State minor. But it's a can of worms to try fixing that.
