B1825.11 No saves listed when order scenario by date modified is selected

As described in the title.

Happens in start new game, load save or edit scenario.

If you select by name, etc the saves appear.

Unable to repro in 1825.12, let us know if this is still happening when you get the latest version

I have this same issue as well with 1825.15 on 2 different computers (both Win 11 25H2).
