[1.31q] Missing info in choice for "public statement of amity"

The event where a Major "forsees war" has an option to make a public statement of amity.

The only information shown for this decision is profile changes, and "Word Incr" (?).

1. Actually choosing this option shows a roll (what skill - oratory? diplo? vs what difficulty calculation?), and no word increase (perhaps because of failed roll?). It would be more useful to show details that allow the player to make an informed decision about this choice.
2. UI shows two profile changes - Mind+5, Democracy+6, but the actual decision result popup only shows the Democracy profile change.
